There lies what looks to be a factory polished hammer

File for fraud.

The first thing to do is contact the seller and give him the opportunity to correct his mistake. If he doesn't then go thru paypal and/or ebay complaint center and also leave a negative feed-back. If he has the money in his account you will get a full refund.

hntnnut, yes you got screwed. If the seller doesn't come clean then go through Ebay and Paypal if that is what you used. If you sent anything through the mail then it's mail fraud and go to the post office and get the scoop from them, they don't usually take these things lightly.

Good luck.

That's almost as bad as the guys selling electric superchargers on ebay.

it was polished on a wire wheel, you can tell by the way the steel has been somewhat over-heated. and has a very light texture to it... this will be counterproductive for trigger crispness, and everyhting else you probably want to do... you just paid 30 bucks for a factory part, ebay and paypal will help you straighten it all out. at least you only had a small lesson to be learned.

I would contact the seller. You don't want someone elses hack job to go out of battery on you 200 rounds later.

Well I've already contacted the seller (don't expect a reply untill monday) to see if this can be straightned out the easy way. If not there will be hell to pay . And I'll be ordering one from Hawkteck shortly. Any how a lesson learned.

Quote:
Richard, I was not aware that this was a used item. It was in a variety of gun parts I purchased from a customer. Please send the hammer back and I will refund your payment in full. Again I am sorry for the trouble. Thank you, Donna
So its on its way back tomarrow, and i've already ordered a new hammer from Hawkteck.
