i am saving up fro the AMP induction annealer.

yep it ain't cheap , but neither is this sport...precision shooting.

plinking is cheaper.

The AMP is a super nice machine I agree...I should have my annealeez this week...the $600+ bucks I save will help pay for the two barrels I'll burn up next year during comp season.

Actually there's a lot of different thoughts on the temp to anneal at...at 800* brass anneals VERY quickly at 600* it takes a long time...the longer it's heated at high temps the more its annealed....to the point of being to soft.

You know it's over annealed when you crush cases when sizing or when you blow a neck off a case..split shoulders and necks.

And believe me I know the precision game is not cheap...I've been doing it for 9yrs now.
