I'm really curious as to what stock this is and how it is attached
I think this stock looks awesome and I prefer the look over the collapsable AR style stock
Any information would be very helpful
Thank you

It's an ARFX-e stock

Here is a whole post on the rifle somewhere around the 3rd page is the explanation on how to mount the stock.

Parts list is here ........
https://rimfirecentral.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=222881

it's just a barrel that was cut to 12.5 inches and threaded with a Tac-Sol fake can permanently attached to the barrel so it's legal with out SBR stamp

Thanks
I jumped the gun and asked the question before I searched the forums
I found it

I was wondering if there was a pic of the Aluminum slug that you milled to get it to mount.

thank you for the information.

Which hand guard quad rail did you use and what effect has it had on scope accuracy?
Is it possible to mill out the TAPCO to take a match barrel?

Thanks

Hallo,

I am new in this forum. I am from Germany and I also got a Ruger 10/22 which I made "tactical" with a Tapco T6 stock. Was not easy to import one to Germany but worth every cent. Here is the result:

I am very proud of my custom mags which I dremeled form plastic Airsoft Mags (Star-Milsim M4 Mags) perfectly fitting to the bottom gap of standard 10 round Ruger 10/22 mags. I finally glued the parts together using Pattex Ultra Gel. Rock solid construction. Giving the gun the style it deserves.

Very Nice, I like the big mag look. What kind of scope is that? Is that fore grip quick release? Does it release without the need to slide it off the rail?

Welcome to RFC!

Bretzeljoe,
That sling stud you placed between the rear stock and grip, is that the one that came with the Tapco stock? If it is, that's a good idea of placing it there since the guys with the quad rails have no use for it anymore.

Scope is from Star:

The grip is a china clone from the LaRue Front Grip. Yes, it has QD functionality, but needs to be tightened with a wrench after using the QD function some times. Is a constructional problem. The grip is really high quality. If allowed I can post the shop were I got it from. And yes it is not necessary to slide it along the whole rail. Can be attached directly.

To the sling stud. Yes it is the stud which was provided with the stock. I always liked One-point Slings and for that it is just perfect.

Yeah, the angle is kinda goofy. Too straight looking like an M14 ? Did the first one really fast as a prototype. I'll do the next one with the correct AR angle. I have a few more to work on anyway--got it cheap at Walmart. But, I like it--very snug, no wobble. And, very strong--you can slam it in without breaking apart.
