New magazine well and extended release?

With my 452, I had magazine release problems till I installed one of Denny"s BRNO metal wells. Problems solved!

No difficulties so far with my 455, except, the plastic wells seem a bit fragile and may get brittle enough to crack in cold weather.

Soooo...my question is; Is the Tamdemkross aluminum mag well and extended mag release a worthwhile addition?

Tandemkross makes 455 parts? You sure you're not thinking of DIP?

I just checked Tandemkross web site and the only part they make for a CZ firearm is a compensator for the CZ Scorpion pistol. If the op wants an all metal mag well he will also have to order a Magazine Well Block,
total for the three parts is $59.91 plus shipping. I have a three year old 455 Varmint and have had no problems after a couple of thousand rounds and numerous cleanings.

Woops: You are right. The product is made by DIP. I got a bit mixed up. Thanks for the correction.

I found a used cz 542LR at a LGS last month . I got it out the door for 260.00. when I got home I took it apart and the clip holder had cracks on the screw holes.
Got one from dip and it works fine now.Geneo

I only have a single 455 but I did replace the plastic magazine well with the metal one from DIP. I was worried about how well the plastic would hold up when tightening and loosening the screws during barrel swaps. That said I didn't have any problems with the plastic before it was swapped.

I think the biggest issue with the plastic mag well is over tightening the screws.
