Odd combination ?

Been a awhile since I have posted on RFC. I have new set of lenses (cataract surgery) and want to continue use iron or peep sights on my 452FS. I came up with this combination: Williams FP rear sight and CZ front globe sight. Sounds odd but willing to give the set up a try. BTW Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Binh

I had my eyes done this past June and July. Huge improvement and still have to wear glasses as did not want to pay extra out of my pocket for other corrections.

Have fun with your set-up and shoot straight.

The OP's post has reminded me of target shooting. My fore sight tunnel was fitted with an "Eagle Eye" at the muzzle end, which magnified the target. With that and the prescription lens between my eye and the peep sight, I held very good elevation.

Might be something for the OP to consider one day, when and if the time comes

g] My eyes have been changing also and not for the better. I recently added thicker pads to the stocks of a Full Stock (2nd from left)and Lux (4th from left) to increase the distance to my eyes. The Full Stock also received a Williams peep and a Trainer front sight, the Lux a 2-7X Weaver in Talley QD mounts. Now if I could figure out a way to lengthen my arms.
