Hi Guys,

New to the forum here. I've been signed in for a bit, just have not posted. A few of you will recognize me from the WACA forum. I've been sifting through lots of the old threads and finally got around to introducing myself.

1890's are my #1 interest, but I do have a few other Winchester 22's. I'm sure as time progresses, I will have a few questions and maybe I can help to answer a few.

Best,

Erin

My one and only M1890 was made in 1907 and was given to me in 1959 by a lady who was a retired double, stand in, for actress Mary Pickford. One of my most prized guns. Welcome to the Forum. I too am on WACA and am Big Larry

Welcome Erin.

I started my Winchester collecting with 1890s and1906s. I have since branched out severely. These Winchester .22s are highly addictive. Stick around, there's not a question you can ask that someone here can't answer. It might not be the right answer, but it will be free and frees good.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!

For future reference, does this site require 3rd party hosting for pics? Since photo bucket went to the dark side I have not used a 3rd party site. Thinking I will need to start over with another one.

Best,

Erin

Welcome to RFC Erin!

If I'm not mistaken, a Team RFC membership allows you the ability to upload attachments. I have the capability to do so but I find the attachment system a bit cumbersome. So I use a 3rd party site. Imgur works pretty well once you get used to it. Let me know if you need any help.

Welcome Erin. You do have to use a 3d party but if you already have a pb account you'll find they realized the err of their ways. Not that I trust them but for the time being.

ps. an 1890 is on my list. When the time comes I'll ask away.

After PB pulled their little stunt, I switched to Imgur and then wondered why I ever use PB to begin with.
