Option 1 - In some cases I have used copper pipe insulation or other foam, Have it layered and wrapped in duct-tape. I then covered it with a Buttstock pouch. This might not give you the two inch increase in height so there is an option 2.

Option 2 - Here is a link to a buttstock pouch on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The top pouch will allow you to stuff either foam or some other product in it to add some additional height. If it is still not high enough use the foam padding option between the stock and the pouch

I have the butt stock pouch above but in the pouch for the cheek rest I added a one inch thick hardwood dowel rod wrapped in foam. This gave me a firm cheek rest because foam tends to get matted down over time so a wooden dowel in there gives my cheek a consistent position.

One thing about this method is once you position your but stock puoch and cheek rest, check your scope's eye relief and move the scope forward or back so you can get a consistent cheek weld that is set up for your eye eye relief. This would be less than 20 dollars for everything with wood dowel and some copper pipe insulation left over if you want to repeat. Good Luck

I picked up my cheek riser pretty cheaply off of ebay.
I did add some closed sell foam padding to make it a bit higher

here you may be able to see the added foam under the riser pad.

I have this the Karsten on my FVSS.
Love it.
It's not a strap-on...you have to drill holes...so do it carefully.
