I have a question on adjusting two stage trigger . Can you actually adjust trigger down to 3 oz ? I had down to 5 oz and it would not reset trigger to fire again after 1st shot. It works good at 10 oz

IMO - LEAVE IT ALONE...
Yes they are adjustable..but, must follow T. Kidds instructions to the T... adjusting is not for the faint of heart... very specific.

Thanks chaser that helped explain it. I had the two settings too far apart from each other.

Gotta have a good trigger gauge, patience and trial and error testing time. I have lowered mine to 7 and 7oz. Seems like once I would get it bench set lower then go to the range after a couple live rounds the 1st and 2nd stage weights would change a bit to where they are not 50 50 total weight distribution and start having problems resetting. I have thought about getting it lower but its pretty sweet where its at. Not sure if you could send it back to Kidd and pay for the 3 and 3oz but it might be worth saving several hours or more worth of trial and error time if its an option

I don't believe Kidd charges anything to change the weight on the 2 stage trigger. I doubt they will cover shipping. To the op were you wondering if they will go down to 3oz total, or 3oz/3oz? I have one set a 3oz/3oz and when I asked Kidd if it could go any lower they said that was the lightest weight they could make it and still have it function reliably and safe.
