For thise who shoot Aguila out of Kidd Barrels what load gives you the best accuracy?
Im getting decent groups with the Standard Velocity but have too many fliers in my opinion 3 or4 out of 5 may be in .4 range but theres always that 1 or 2

after shooting trap - listening to all the ammo discussions and complaints , i believe you need to shoot what performs for you - makes you comfortable and what you have confidence in , pay what your comfortable with as well

If you want consistent groups, you almost have to step up to a 17 with better built jacketed bullets.

If you have a 1 inch pattern at 50 yards you are doing good with most typical ammo of medium quality from a 10/22 platform. Maybe 3/4 inch from a bolt gun.

I am getting better groupings from the Aguila SV than I am with CCI SV out of my CZ457 and with my Clarks Custom 10/22 just slightly better with the CCI SV. For the price I don't think you can beat the Aguila.

I have to admit I never tried it..my cheap ammo starting point has usually been with CCI Blazers and Winchester Wildcats

I'll have to add them to my shopping list and give them a try

I've had pretty good results with the Aguilla SE SV. It doesn't have the consistency of the better ammo but it's a decent practice round. I would compare it to what CCI SV used to be a couple years ago.

not an expert, but....

my experience with Aguila rimfire is that it has some of the hardest primer rims around. More than average number of light strikes and fail to fire. Otherwise good ammo.

Cool the aguila HV

operates at high pressure. I experience HP signs from them in all but the most robust of BA rifles...
