Anyone here running a Tikka T1X from a chassis?
If so, what, and how's it gone?
Got pics?
Thanks.

I don't know if it's considered a "chassis" but there are several people here using the KRG Bravo

I'm amenable what it comes to the Bravo. Will Google about a bit and see if I can find any reviews of T1X shooters using it.
Nothing pressing, just thinking about a project.
I do take/like a long LOP, though ... approx 15". Doable on the Bravo?
Thanks.

I know it comes with extra LOP spacers. I would think 15" would work but honestly can't say for sure

I've seen enough guys posting on here about them. Plus one of the guys that I'm shooting NRL22 with has his T1x in a Bravo and I liked it enough that I ordered a Stealth Grey one a couple days ago. I don't think it could make my rifle shoot any better. I'm not even sure it'll work any better for NRL than the factory stock. The factory stock is actually working pretty well for me once I added a comb raising kit. The extra weight the KRG adds along with the flat forend might make it better on barricades. We'll see

Yes, I have a Tikka T1X in .17 HMR in a KRG Bravo stock and love it. I mostly bench shoot at distance. I have a inexpensive CVbipod, a Nikon 4x12 Scope, Anarchy Outdoors bolt handle and knob, HVHA metal bolt shroud, and a DIP muzzle brake. The only challenge with getting it in the Bravo stock is that if you are using the standard firearm torque wrench it can be difficult to fit into one of the holes without an extension. You can go by feel on that one or just use and extension and problem solved.

I have a PDC Customs and like it a lot. It is the most adjustable rifle I have ever owned. I am still dialing it in. Weighs about 10 pounds.

That is really nice. I didn't realize the base model isn't much more expensive than the Bravo. I just don't know if I'd like using a pistol grip

My T1x has a new outfit

Hopefully it still shoots as well as it did with the factory stock. I like the Bravo so far. I might even add some weight to it

Sorry for the garage pic. Too many people out front

Buddy, if my garage floor looked like that, I'd be posting pics every day.

I don't have any pics now that it's finished, but am very happy with it.
