So much for the folks saying there aren't any new .17m2s to be had, good news.

Mike, this is not right....nor fair.lol Have never owned or shot an HM2 but always wanted one. From everything I have read on the cartridge I cannot imagine a better platform for it! Hope it is as successful for you as the 22LR has been.

Respectfully,
Dennis

I'm NOT big into the 17, there said it!

I thought the 17M2 was dead or dying a slow death(for a couple years now). I heard it's just not moving and the 17HMR is doing only fair. Seeing this here I figure I would ask as you guys because you would know more than me and clear this up for me.
Thanks

A few years ago, the 17M2 fell off the market for a few reasons, but interest has grown in both 17 cal rimfire chamberings over the last year. Vudoo has been watching this and I built a 17M2 a year ago to play around with as ammo companies started making small runs of ammo. As the interest evolved, we started receiving calls and emails about the Mach 2 and of course, the HMR, and based on the level of interest, we responded by offering the Mach 2. Ammo is readily available....

Did they have an estimate on a weight for the combo?

I will likely move my Compact March that is currently on a 1712 Anschutz, .22lr.

New light weight and compact 1.5-15x42 riflescope is equally ideal for hunting and for tactical shooting.

"Newly developed 42mm objective lenses system"
This 1.5x-15x 42mm scope has about the same length as the March 1x-10x24mm, but is capable of receiving more than 3 times the light.
As a result, it produces a bright high resolution image.

"Durability"
This 1.5-15x42 riflescope, like all March scopes, is immensely strong to endure any severe condition.
All March scopes are Argon-filled for internal stability and are fully weather-resistant
and waterproof to at least 4 meters, and have passed impact tests of up to 1000G.

Before scope, based upon what my Crow in .22LR weighed, I'm thinking 7-7.5 pounds. Total rifle will be on heavy side at around 8-9 pounds.
