manufacture date puzzle

Trying to figure out when my new (to me) CZ 452-2E ZKM was made. I've read, here and at least a dozen other places, that the date of manufacture is stamped on the left side of the receiver, just rearward of where the barrel starts.

The left side of my rifle, on the barrel just where it meets the receiver, is what looks like a makers mark and the number 10. I can't tell what the mark is (letters? pictures? hieroglyphics?) The number I read as "10" may also not be correct as it is not stamped as clearly as other marks.
On the receiver, starting nearest the barrel, is the same makers mark and number 10. Then CZ 452-2E ZKM, a little symbol of an oval with a pistol icon in it, then CZ-USA, Kansas City, KS.
I see no other marks, dates, or anything.
Any thoughts?

Thanks DW!
I was thinking the "10" might have been QA inspector #. Never gave a thought that it might be for 2010, year of manufacture. Dopey me.
Puzzled solved!
Lots of good info at that link you provided.
This is my first CZ, so I learned some good history there.
Thanks again.

Here's a pic of the receiver on a 452 that I had a couple of years back.

The symbol, in this case, is the UK proof mark and date (02) which gives a good indication of year of manufacture. Though it's almost out of shot, the proof mark and date were also stamped on the barrel about 3/8" or so away from those on the receiver.

Manufacturer's stamps on the receiver would likely be slightly different as this was a UK rifle and had not been imported through CZUSA.

Peter.
