Hello... I want to avoid dismantling the gun as much as possible. Is this stuff going to melt my grips? Thanks.

No it won't melt your grips but you still may want to wipe off any if it gets on your grips before you put the gun away.

I use Hornady One Shot on all my firearms, including the Ruger Mark IV plastic grips.
It is perfectly safe and will not harm plastic parts or gun finishes.

No, One Shot won't damage your grips or any other plastic parts. I use it on my 10/22 and it has no effect on the plastic trigger group housing.

BTW, Birchwood Casey makes a great gun cleaning spray called "Gun Scrubber" that they sell in two versions, one of which is specified as "Synthetic Safe" and is safe for polymer guns like Glocks, M&Ps, etc. It would be perfect for deep cleaning your MkIV.
