On a side note when I unpacked the upper from shipping and I forgot about the buffer spring and it got tossed in the trash with the box. I have a carbine buffer spring installed right now. I do have the plastic buffer. Everything is installed per the manual. Thinking this may have something to do with my issue.
Wondering if anyone has had a similar issue with the bolt.

Hey duckdvr26, you have to insert a milspec buffer backward into the end of the buffer tube before inserting the spring. This limits the rearward travel of the Garrow bolt. If you do not do this, the Garrow bolt travels too far aft and hangs up on the hammer.
