I have a few full boxes of Remington Hi-Speed Kleanbore 22 Longs. The date code is J20H134. Does anyone know how to date them?

Looks like 1934 through 1942. I guess you can't pinpoint a year or month with the codes on the box?

Is there a similar link to Peters and Winchester boxes?

I grew up with the Red & White Hi-Speeds, late 60's early 70's cardboard 50 pack. To this day I still prefer a box that says Hi-Speed over High Velocity! Dad actually got me one whole brick! I was in heaven! Nice picture and nice condition box!

L-1 Product code 1322, Circa 1946.

NIB, your link is very informative, thanks.

The Wards Collectible website has a lot of information on some other Winchester and Peters boxes that I would like to identify.

LOL, I was thinking I would shoot the Kleanbore rounds but now I see that is not a good idea.

You're welcome. I hope Wards stays around again as not all too long ago it went bye, bye for some time. It's neat if all the cartridges are still in the box and not overly oxidized. Those "Sardine" packed box's were a good deal smaller than todays hangers. I didn't think the cartridges got damaged much at all that way? If the box is slammed the bullets could get a tiny dent so I imagine this is most of the reason for the hanger box's.

Dates

The box would need to be post 1945, one easy way to determine age with Remington is with the product code, prior to 1945 the product code was a letter and number. After WWII they went to the 4 number product code. The box in question was produced from 46 until approximately 1960.
