Make sure your frame/grip pin isn't holding the grip out from the frame or bottoming out. Maybe some sandpaper on a steel/glass plate to flatten the backside of the grip? The wood does look sharp tho.

Since all I see have the grip frame hanging out below the grips it kinda looks like the grip frames are too long

Yes, and this kind of aggravates me. You can always sand grips off to fit the frame, but when the frame is larger than the grips you are kind of stuck.

Well, the price is 'right', especially for these days of worthless currency, and it is a Ruger.

Thank you they fit way better that Ruger SS grips. I don't see how anyone could use and tolerant that sloppy fit of the originals.
