If you have an older 452 American that has a barrel lug, this will not work without modification. I don't believe 452 Americans in beechwood were ever imported to the US. I do know they were imported to Australia. If interested send me a message to billwunder through this site. I'm thinking $70 and I'll pay shipping within the US mainland.

Thanks. That is a nice of you. I have a friend that builds Black Powder rifles and does master pieces as far as the stocks. Going to have him see what he can do. Just wanted a backup plan in case he said I would have to live with it. I had a place bed mine. When I went to pick it up last night he showed me a place at the very back of the bolt, the would split. He said he never had one happen like that but that it was from the pressure of the compound when the barrel was fitted. They glued that back. Didnt have my glasses on, had cataract surgery and cannot see up close, but after I got home and put my reading glasses on, not only the split, but it had several deep dings. Needless to say I am now sick to stomach. Dont want them to touch it. Thats why Im looking for another in case my friend cannot get it looking better. Sorry for the ranting, thanks again for the generous offer.
