Glow in the dark targets

Working on getting authority to run a rimfire night shoot. My plan is to use glow in the dark duck tape to make a grouping and speed dot target. A hanging glow stick as a target and rimfire poppers in wooden boxes. The boxes will be illuminated with glow stick to silhouette the poppers.

I thought about using Rust-oleam glow in the dark paint, but as it is zinc sulfide based it seems to have poor reviews. The strontium aluminate based paint seems to work better but I haven't been able to find any.

Does anyone have any other ideas or experience making glow in the dark targets.

Tannerite behind the glow sticks.

At the Big Sandy night MG shoots the glow sticks on the RC planes are fun.

Glow sticks, AND Tannerite on the RC planes turned out to be a bad idea after control surfaces were shot away and the plane flew back and kamikazed the motor home camping area.
