New DiOrio Turbo V3 Benchrest Build hot of the press!

Let me start off with I have always wanted a serious benchrest rimfire rifle. I was looking at a local used gun and ended up meeting some great guys who shoot ARA that live relativity close to me. Both are RFC members Tad E and todde.

After several conversations over the next few months they offered to help get a build together for me. These guys were already competing and had done their own builds and I'm sure they had better things to do in their spare time other than help put together a rifle for me. All three of us have full time jobs.

Ended up starting with a New Turbo V3 Receiver, Shillen Ratchet, Jewel trigger, in a Mcmillan straight line.

Let me go ahead and tell you those guys do Superb work! The machining is flawless, fit and finish Perfect ! And the best part is the rig SHOOTS! It has already made an appearance in Oak Ridge,TN at their ARA club tournament a few weekends back.

Thank you Tad E and Todde for all the hard work!

The scope rings are BKL.

I'm lucky to have Tad and Todd close by, they are always willing to help and give good advise.

First 10 ARA match cards averaged 2197 outdoor. I believe that says a lot.

Congrats on your new V3, a good choice.
Now, time to shoot some matches. Looks like you will do fine.
