The listing doesn't mention Kingston, but if you search for "10/22 parkerized", you'll find them. $98 plus shipping, seems to be a decent price; I grabbed one, but I don't have it in hand yet. We'll see if it was worth the roll of the dice.
Standard disclaimers apply, I don't have any association with the seller, etc. but I thought I'd pass it along for anyone else wanting to do a build without the integral rail that seems to be on most aftermarket receivers now.

FB, kindly post pics when you get yours
Might buy one and have it chrome plated if the finish is good

Now that's an idea - might be a bit too rich for my blood, though.
I'll post pics/measurements/weight etc. once I get it in my grubby paws.

It has arrived. Quick shipping by the seller, which I appreciate.
Overall it looks pretty nice - no rough or sharp edges, no obviously milling marks.
A quick and dirty check with the office postal scale puts it at 1 pound even.

I'm interested in a couple of these for some projects mostly just because they are parkerized steel.
Have you had a chance to put a rifle together yet? Thanks for the link about the standard bolt working with it. Do standard and after market 10/22 parts work for the rest?

I haven't finished the build yet - it was a bit of an impulse buy, and I'm still deciding exactly what to do with it. I'm leaning towards using the GM barrel chambered for CCI Stingers.
As far as other parts besides the bolt, it's all standard 10/22 parts. I believe Kingston used a 3rd party trigger group, and the barrel is the standard v-block mount.

I met the owner of Frontline Armory. Nice guy. He is about 45 minutes from my shop. When Fulton Armory went belly up, he basically bought whatever parts left over and other things. For a $100, you cannot beat that deal. These receivers will make a great benchrest gun. I have one of his receivers that I'm going to have a polished blue finish done. Never seen a polished blue 10/22 receiver before. Also, will be putting on a polished blue barrel as well.

I've seen someone selling just the rear sight bases on eBay, but not exactly cheap. And of course, not complete.

The Kingston parkerized steel receivers are now available on Gunbroker for $67.95 Just ordered one.
I'll be threading the receiver for a screw in Benchmark barrel .
Also using screw in barrels on both my my Ruger Charger and the M.O.A. stainless receiver... both of which have Lilja tight groove barrels. The M.O.A. shoots indescribably well, managing a perfect 250 on its first outing shooting an Appleseed with peep sights. Very excited to see how the Benchmark barrel performs in this Kingston receiver.
M.O.A. receiver build shown in this RFC thread

I have built a couple of rifles off of MOA receivers. I used slip fit Kidd barrels.
I also bought many Kingston receivers. I Nitride treated them and built one with a Kidd barrel. It also shoots very well.

Are you threading it yourself? If not, whose doing the work for you? I know a guy but he only threads aluminum receivers.
