They're not bad with peep sights, open sights would be a whole 'nother story.

Nice shooting Stan, peep sights or not! That'd be a nice target, even with a scoped rifle.

We're still in lock down here, supposed to stay close to home, plus my range is closed anyway until provincial restrictions ease.

It's looking like the air rifle is going to be my weapon of choice (or not) for this month.

Thanks Řystein, and all you guys.

That's a tough target too...

Been playing hooky for a while, photoshooting anything that doesn't move too fast.
Fortunately digital film is cheap and available

I finally got time to start shooting a few targets, and tried them with the Mark IV I got over the winter.

Hawkeye57, Ken
120/120,-, 120/120, Class 1 scoped
Burris Fastfire III red dot
Ruger Mark IV target, CCI-sv
Sun, mid 60's 5-10 mph
Excuses__

Hawkeye57, Ken
65/120,-. 70/120, Class 2 scoped
Burris Fastfire III red dot
Ruger Mark IV target, CCI-sv
sun, mid 60's 5-10 mph
Excuses- Them thar dimes are hard to see with a 3moa 0 power dot.

Having a 9 month old pup shooting got harder for a while, having to police all brass. So I set up a portable deflector for easier cleanup.

As a few of you know, I name most of my good shooters after line from a song.

This is LOLA. Walks like a women, and talks like a man.

Great shooting, Ken. Those would be good targets with a rifle and I can't imagine doing it with a pistol.

Thanks Stan. Robert, and Oystein.
I always like to start out with a pistol, then they should be easier after that. At least that's what I've talked myself into.

I lost my list of names, so went through the months shooters making a new one. A lot of good targets have been shot, and most likely a lot of fun has been had.

Good shooting Stan, both with the rifle and the camera. I bet you don't get any targets that do any skywriting while you shoot though?

And Ken, that's what happens when you bring a pistol to a rifle match. You still get a perfect score! As for the dimes.... well crap I had a hard time with a 4x scope on a rifle. The fact that you at least winged most of them is good shooting with that Ruger. You should shoot LOLA some for the pistol matches too!
