That rifle has a very nice stock. It doesn't appear to be an Anschutz factory product.

My First Annie

Thanks to you both. It appears to be one of the barreled actions Cooper procured and installed their stock and bottom metal. Serial number is similar to others I’ve found online. Still researching.

It appears to be what is known as a “Cooper-Anschutz “. When Cooper was redesigning the 57 to the 57M, they bought the Anschutz 54 actions and put them in their stocks. I think there were about 250 or so them.

The 57M is similar to the Anschutz 54 and Cooper uses the same magazines as Anschutz.
