Refuting Negitive Feedback

Is there a process to post a rebutal or refute negative feedback? The buyer posts negative feedback on me because he did not get his purchased item in his idea of proper shipping (check received on 12/30/08 (day before New Years Eve) but package should be in his hand by this weekend if the big brown truck is on schedule??

I thought "negative feedback" was forbidden at RFC....

"Refuting Negitive Feedback"

I don't believe there are provisions for this in the software. Come to think of it, I don't think you can refute at places like eBay can you? Of all of the feedback that I have left at eBay in the past, I don't ever recall seeing a method for doing so.

I'll have to go there and do some snooping!

Feedback

I don't do the Ebay thing. I find/have things that are desireable to certain crowds I hang with, price them competitively, and post them on this and other sites for fellow rimfire junkies to buy. I have bought/sold many things here (under the old system) and other places without complaint until now when I get nicked on "feedback" when the guy has not even received the part and is grousing about my choice in shipping methods (dropped it off to a local shop that does UPS shipping day after receiving his check in the mail)! Kind of frosts my gourd if you follow me. Worst yet is I cannot counter his, in my opinion, unjust gripe.

Oh well, thanks for looking Indy and to those who posted.

Chalk one up to experience.
