Colt Lady Derringer #4 Set

Trying to find info on this unfired set of pretty derringers. They are consecutive #'s, unfired, gold plated (or??), simulated (probably) pearl grips. Original box and papers.
They are numbered 121131 and 121132 probably made about 1959. A search at Colt shows nothing, and they aren't in the Blue Book. Might be looking in the wrong places but I'd like to learn more about them and potential value. Thanks

As I recall, they are made by Butler, and labeled as Colt.

I'v had a Lord set for years and an individual beater. Neat little guns. Muzzle blast will surprise you with the short barrel and a .22 Short round. Saw several variations on a table at the local gun show today. Around $300 asking price if my memory serves me correctly.

I THINK all Colt-branded Butlers have a DER serial number suffix. Does this set? If not, the set is probably a pair of Butlers.

These sets have been bringing relatively big money lately, usually in the $400+ range if nice, more if new with original shipping box, papers, display case, etc.. The finish is not gold, the stocks are not pearl.
