Do a search on GunBroker in their completed listing section.

Bought one on Sat. at auction Paid way too much for it but it is new unfired . No box . It is a later model made in 2002 with the second extractor on the bolt . Should it be removed or use it as it is ?

Extractor

I wouldn't even consider firing the gun without removing the inner (left side)extractor first. The gun should run just fine without it. The one shot it takes to trash the bolt might never happen but it might also be the first/next shot you fire.

Pretty good buy in today's market. Hope you can find some ammo at a reasonable price.

Took a little searching to find it but it was a fun search. You have some interesting guns. I think your magnum's new owner will come along before too long.

Last one I encountered was at the local show..Guy walking around wanted I think 8 or 900.00..I thought that was crazy money..But maybe it was a good deal..

I have Marlins version. The .922M

Unless you are stuck on the Ruger brand..You might look into a Marlin at a lower price..I paid 295.00 OTD door for mine..But I suppose they have went up too..

Really nice Rifles and more of a Mans size weapon than the little Ruger.. You can just feel like quality holding the Marlin in your hands vs the Ruger..

I may be a little Bias, but I think the 922m for less money, very high quality, and well made, is a much better choice over the Ruger..
