with my current budget? either cci blazers or Federal 510. if money was no concern, Wolf MT...

every gun i own eats the federal 510/blazers. rarely any troubles with either. plus, under a buck/box

Accuracy counts more than speed, so if I could only have one..........

Eley Tenex Semiauto or Eley Tenex EPS.......

Eley Subsonic HP Extras are pricey but I sure like the way they shoot.

Wow ! I'm surprised about the great variety in replies...shows that we probably use our .22s in different ways...and that any given rifle has it's own preferred ammo.
I opted for CCI Mini-mags...I did consider Velociters, but the price made me back down for " all-purpose " use...
Great answers and great variety guys !

Variety is the best thing about the .22 long rifle!! The Velocitors have worked extremely well for me, and I was fortunate enough to buy five bricks from Wally World at $20 per brick when they had them on sale.... Can't beat that with any stick!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Mini-Mag RN would be my choice. A bit higher priced but REALLY my favorite is CCI SGB.
