My closest grocery doesn't carry fresh brussels, so I keep a couple of bags of frozen on-hand. [email protected], two servings for me.
Gotta try it. Thanks

Paella in Spain. Valencia does it pretty well.

My grandmother's or mother's pies, especially the sweet and sour ones like currant, gooseberry or rhubarb.

My mother's anise Christmas cookies.

Saltine crackers with butter and homemade jam.

The Rainbow Restaurant's chili or coleslaw.

Homemade vanilla ice cream at Uncle Wilmer's in the summer.

l have eaten so many delicious things during my somewhat long life I would not venture to say what was the best thing. A terribly difficult choice to make. I love food so there are a lot of choices to decide about.
