No reason not to if the stocks did not warp. I have had several centerfires sit 20 years and still shoot just as well with same loads. Rimfires do have the old ammo thing though.

Saw a vid recently where they used an air rifle to literally drive in a nail. I think it was 100'. Pro stuff, obviously..

Not so sure about the "Pro" part. A number of our rifles would do the same I think. Any rifle that has shot "Zeros" could do it and and at further than 10 yards.
