Same way you would do for a typical SA-22 ATD WITH THE EXCEPTION that you need to remove the screw that secures the forearm, and then GENTLY pull the forearm forward. If it doesn't come off with minimal effort then very lightly knock the forearm slightly forward with a soft wood dowel to free it from the horizontal steel pin that protrudes from the front face of the receiver. You could easily crack the forearm if you don't allow for this pin and force the issue.

This is a case where having the applicable references, such as Homer Tyler's book "Browning .22 rifles 1914 - 1991" can come in real handy and prevent damage to a firearm during disassembly. Homer actually included a exploded parts drawing in his book for this uncommon Browning SA-22 variation that shows this pin that help secures the forend w/o a TD feature.
