"Tack" Driving Range Game

So you think you have a "tack driver" do ya, well lets tee them up and get the party started. I want to see new targets submitted.

First a few rules...

1. Open to any rifle that meets SuperSport guidelines.
2. Targets will be shot at either 25 or 50 yards. Each having their own club. (See below for 100 yard rules)
3. One shot at each of the 25 "tacks" above the sighters. Sighters (only the three in the box) can be shot at and can be shot multiple times.
4. 20 "tacks" driven makes the "tack" drivers club with each additional "tack" adding to your score up to 25.
5. Inner circle must be broken with the bullet. Smudge mark inside circle will count or use of a scoring gauge.
6. Once you reached 25 you will have a heavy hitter "tack" driver and are finished with that build.
7. Any ammo, and scope.
8. Must post picture of target, and gun to be added.
9. You may use a USBR scoring gauge, smudge marks inside will also count. Last resort stick a round in the hole and use it like a USBR gauge.
10. No machine rests, or return to battery rests.

Link to the 25 or 50 yard 3/8" Tack target.

50 YARD TACK DRIVING TARGET 1/2" TACK

The 100 yard game is a little different. Same rules as above apply except there are 20 1" tacks on the target. 15 tacks driven makes the 100 yard "tack" driver club. For every tack over 15 it will add to your score up to 20. You will then have a heavy hitter tack driver and done with that build. When you make the 100 yard club you have a "long driver".

Hit 1 of the smiley crossbone faces (allowed 2 shots at each face) and touch a eye or the mouth and you have a
SMACK YOU IN THE FACE LONG TACK DRIVER
Make the 25 yrd club, 1 or both of the 50 yrd clubs, and the 100 yrd club and you have a
PRO TACK DRIVER

100 YARD TACK DRIVING TARGET 1" TACK

Couple of things before you print.

1 Make sure to click on actual size in adobe which sets print scale at 100%. This is located right below the create pdf tab in between the - and + sign. Click on the down arrow beside the percentage value.

2 After you go to print target in adobe and your printer page comes up make sure that page scaling is set to none and it is showing the document and paper size to be the same or 1/1 where the preview is shown.

3 If you printed the target correctly the "Tacks" should be .375" for 25 yrd tack, .5" for 50 yrd tack, and 1" 100 yrd tack outside diameter. The sizes might be off a little from the ink.

You can shoot for fun, or try to outshoot your buddy.

I think that's everything good luck and most importantly have fun everyone!

Thanks for the new match/Game and I say that because it has a little of both in there and makes it very interesting. Tomorrow I will put what we have for matches either into the games sticky or a new Match Sticky. I do not like getting to many stickies up there and screwing up the first page of this great forum while it is still pretty young.

I am really happy for you guys that this worked out after some unneeded drama

Thanks for the rule expansion 17ghogkiller. I'm hoping the neuro doc next week will prescribe some better meds to reduce tremor. Orů.. I could start a spray n pray game of 5 shots under 2 seconds. My primary doc wants to rule out Parkinson's, or not. Getting old isn't for wusses.

Some nice foreplay targets guys,

Some nice foreplay targets guys,
Since last year mine have been shaking so bad it is sometimes hard to hit the right key on the keyboard I think from the concussions. Let me know how things go.
