Unless It's broken like a piece of glass and if it was in my hands, I'd clamp the pieced to a block if graphite and MIG it back to one piece.

Century wont warranty it, nor will they sell a pin. (They dont sell parts).
Anyone know where I can get one?
Seems odd that they won't stand behind what they sell. Local LGS had one returned for work, they sent it back and it was addressed and returned promptly. Did you go back to the seller?

slingworks-

I have emailed zastava and asked for some parts, hold on to see if they come through. I bought two to write an article on them and expect they wont want to annoy me!

Hey Brenne

Post me a link to your review after you do it, I would like to see it.

I wrote Zastava, they say Serbian law does not allow export of parts without official documents, and Century is now the sole distributor in USA. Century wont sell parts as a policy! The whole thing is kinda odd...

Let me know if you hear something back otherwise.

I am starting to think I should make a batch of firing pins and sell them here on RC...

Have you called J&G Saales as they sell a bunch of the rifles & should know where to get them or Nunrich & remember it was a Reminton model % & a Charles Daly at one time also.

Thanks for the reply.

I actually called J and G, (I am ffl and was planning to order a couple to stock). But they only have rifles. They did not import them, rather just ordered 400 or so from Century Arms.

Numrich doesnt have them either, out of stock..checked there already too.
I also called Remington, I guess Remington couldn't get away from them fast enough

I also called FIME, and KVAR...No luck. Fime has parts but wont sell as I am not a distributor....And KVAR (Fime's dealer) wont consider ordering one for me.

Anyway still looking...Really had hoped a RF Central member would have had one.
Still leaving post open though.

Amazing the sheer lack of parts!

Time to renew thread. Gun started misfiring again. First time all I did was work pin down to allow more protrusion fwd of bolt recess face. This time it is extending far enough fwd but still getting lite strikes. Found back of pin is wearing on outside edges (flashing) instead of full thickness of bar. Part was never finished properly from factory. Has anyone made any of these? I tried to weld it but it's above my meager stick and torch abilities. At least I can order custom springs so that doesn't kill guns operation.
