That is quite an assortment of knives for an estate sale. That person must have been another knifeaholic like some people I know ...

I'm glad they found a nice home.

They came into a local gun shop with a collection of 70 guns. They had already been picked over when I found them so who knows what was there before I got my hands on them.

I like a victorinox Swiss Army knife and carry one everyday. I bought one with fingernail clippers and it might be my favorite.

Benchmade full-size S30v Griptillian. Back to basics after years of collecting mid techs and higher end stuff.

I bought three Moraknives this month. Two to give away at Christmas and one for me. I'm not big into knifes, I do have 8 or so Swiss Army Recruit knifes as I misplace them and they are handy for opening panel box doors at work. Just about everyone in my family has a Gerber Curve on their key chain as I've given those out in previous years.

Ordered the last one of these (for now) last night. I have the "plain Jane" variety, but reckoned I owed myself a new knife. The blade is 2-and-a-quarter inches - just right for day-to-day stuff - and the steel takes and holds a lovely edge.

Moraknives are a wonderful value, you get a rather nice knife for $25, give or take. I have one from a Christmas exchange a few years back, love it.

That is a cool Roselli Sail Design ...

that company makes knives the old fashioned way.

Am sending payment this morning for a Cold Steel 39S Small Shinobu, a very early key chain knife sold in the late 1980's. 1 3/4" San Mai III laminated tanto point blade, it came in three sizes. I found it for sale at the AAPK site and couldn't resist.

I'm a weak man.
