finally shot my new LVT

My wife bought me an LVT for christmas and the weather finally cooperated enough to shoot. I did a few modifications once i got it
-kidd charging handle
-kidd bolt buffer
-vq auto bolt release
-tactical solution mag release
-power custom scope base
-nikon 3x9 BDC 150 scope

These groups were shot at 50 yards using a horrible excuse for a rest. The ammo was cci velocitors

These lvt's are great guns. Mine completely exceeded my expectations. Hope you're as happy as I was. Btw the 1234 looks great. Wish ow I had gotten one to go with my 1237.

I bet you'll get tighter groups using the CCI standard velocity rounds.

I got a box of the cci sv that i meant to try but the rest i was using really sucks. Ill try the velocitors as well as cci sv once i get a better rest. I got it sighted in with velocitors since this is my new walking varmint rifle.

CCI SV may make a difference. Keep in mind however that Que fine-tuned my barrel.

Great looking rifle.

I agree with the others. Velocitors will pack some punch for hunting but they aren't the best round to accurately judge the accuracy of your rifle.

I wish I could find an LVT. I saw a pair on GB recently but they were consecutive # and apparently incorrectly marked with wrong serial# prefix...
$1,550.00 was the final bid

Too rich for my blood.

Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll run another batch of these.

I sure hope Ruger makes more of this variant of the 10/22. I managed to snag one but haven't shot it yet...

That is one sweet rig, it really makes me want to pull mine out of the safe and get her set up for shooting.

Wise choice, the are nice guns, I hope to nab another one this year if I find a stainless available. As mentioned CCI SC is a good round. My groups are not as good as posted above but pretty close.

great looking rifle! I absolutely love my LVT. It keeps on shooting better and better the more I shoot it. I loves CCI SV and also I lucked out that it loves Winchester Dynapoint Bulk. Just this past Sunday it shot a 5 shot group at 55yds with dynapoints in the .1's!!! Unreal!

Picked up one recently from a shop in Springdale AR. They had four of them. Two all stainless and two blue and stainless. Picked up a blue/stainless model. Just got my Burris Sigs and TacSol base. I still need to pick out a scope for it. Factory trigger is not bad. Will do PC adj sear on it or the Kidd drop in. Hope it shoots like everyone claims. Really like the looks.
