Has anyone used one of these?
Will it fit an 82G?
I can not get a reply out of them
Does it break cleanly? 9 Oz seems heavy for a target rifle

Thx

I checked their website and it doesn't say what Kimber it's for. I suspect it is for the later New York Kimbers and will not work in your 82G

I guess that depends on what discipline you're using the target rifle for. For benchrest shooting it may be too heavy for some. For offhand or position shooting I prefer to be able to at least put my finger on the trigger without dropping the sear. Even for bench shooting I'd rather have a little feel. I've shot 4 oz triggers and they felt too light for my liking. I don't like surprises and keeping my finger off the trigger felt unnatural to me. I had one rifle set up at 8 oz and I thought it was great. I actually increased it a little bit when I decided to use that rifle for silhouette shooting. So a lot if it is personal preference

This is the trigger you want for your 82G.

Second the Xtreme Shooting trigger for 82G benchrest shooting. A top notch trigger!
