Finally got a break in the weather and got in some trigger time with my new build. This one makes four with the Titan stocks. I love these stocks.

I thought I would post some pictures of the new one. Named it The Grey Ghost .

And here is my best target for the day. Went through six different lots of Center-X to find the lot that shoots the best.

Thanks Michael for all your help and advise on this one.

How many rounds are those groups? Or are they single shots?

They are five shot groups . The only single shot ones are the center ones used for sizers. This target would likely score in the top five in the Fifty Yard shooting game.

Hey! Thank you. This one is really shooting great. Now I need to determine the proper cleaning cycle. So far all that I'm doing is cleaning the bolt and chamber. Then I run a damp patch worm through the barrel. Finally found a good lot of ammo and three mags that are preforming great.

Bill, it looks like it might be a Caldwell front rest. Right?
But what rear-bag rest are you using?
It appears that you can dial windage adjustments from both. Do you do that in practice?

Wow. I could not get groups like that even if I shot 4 one shot groups. That is impressive. Could you please share the magical enchantment that makes such groups possible with a 10- 22?

Yes ! Caldwell Fire Control up front. But I don't use the adjustments on it while shooting. Just for initial setup because there is too much movement. So I tighten it up and use the rear only. The rear is an Arnold that Joe at ABRA sells. It has windage and elevation.

Thank you ! I currently have four 10/22's that shoot so close to each other that is is always hard to decide which one to take to the matches.
Here is what I'm working with on this one.

The Grey Ghost
G/M 20 " bull barrel
Kidd 2 stage trigger
Ruger action
Titan stock with the Titan rear tang
36 x weaver scope
Bolt from Joe at Abra, ( this was to get the head space Joe likes )

Seems like I'm forgetting something ?????? Once I have my setup, I spend lots of time testing ammo lots and the magazines.

The biggest change I have made is going with the Titan stock. Like I said , I have four of them now and have retired all my other bull barrel stocks.

I hope this info helps. If you need more, please ask.

It's aluminum. Adjusts up and down, left to right. Cost $ 225.00 and you can get them left or right hand. The one I have is a lefty. Available from ABRA or here https://www.killoughshootingsports.c...rear-rest.html

Just ordered a black one for a build I have going on for my son's birthday. I will be dropping an 18" fluted barrel Kidd supergrade into it.

I was looking at the X-22 stock and did a search here. Glad I did. I'll be ordering a Titan once I get my ducks in order.

Really appreciate seeing vendor support on this forum, speaks volumes.
