Finally got my order for the Loctite thread repair kit. It took two tries to get the threads the way I wanted them but it now adjusts very smooth with no wobble.

Does the screw fit tight enough that you don't need to tighten the lock nut?

Jim..it is a little tighter then when stock with all most no wobble.

One other mod that I have made, is I have removed the top rubber knob and taken 2 of the locking wheels tightened together to use as the adjustment knob.
It makes moving the aim point horizontally up and down very smooth.
