I look at all of Chasers post. Never read one yet. I get distracted.

first post...

I would bet that was my trigger group. Timing of that vid is spot on with when Brimstone had my TG.

I had tons of problems with that hammer strut thing.

Looking forward to trying out my Brimstone worked TG this afternoon!

Crap! I remember a little line in one of the hammers on one of my 2 10/22s. But which one? Since I old and forgetfull, I guess that is just something else I'll have to forget. I think I turned the open part up on both of them. Will tomorrow never come?

Mine works fine either way. I tried this in my newer housing and my older metal housing and it made no difference. Still can hurt to polish up anything that has friction. Good video!

Glad I took a look at this thread. I got my trigger back from Brimstone a few weeks ago. I was messing with it before reinstalling and the mainspring fell out. I reinstalled it and took the rifle to the range and put about 100 rds thru it for the first time with no problems. But after taking a look at the video I decided I should check it out because I remembered the mainspring had fallen out when I got my trigger group back. Sure enough I had it in the wrong way. It probably would have caused problems in the future if I had not caught my mistake by opening this thread up. Thanks again to Brimstone. Having my first 10/22 only for a short while, this forum is loaded with all the info I need to become more familiar with my rifle.

Yeah Brimstone seen I had cleaned and stoned the pivot on my strut as well as the four edges on the strut shaft.
It was all very rough.

Possibly since it was originally posted in 2012, the original video may be gone.

Can't even see a video to watch (I see a white box), but knowing the limitations of the firewall at work, it could just be me.
