I have two of these. Both still have the original ammo in them. One is 150 gr. and the other is 170gr. The price tag amazes me.

I will have several to post here as soon as I get them out and do the photos. I don`t have nearly the number of CF boxes as RF ones. It may be a few days, busy times here right now.
This thread should get as interesting as the RF Box thread.
Nice start on this lot.

I`ll start my photos here with a couple and follow up along the way with more. Excuse the condition of some of them. They were rescued from destruction and may be a bit dog-eared.

And a couple more.
This US Cartridge box was with a Custom Win. 94 of 1906 vintage I bought about 50 yrs ago from the original owner. Tough box to locate but a bit dog-eared with 6 original cartridges.

More.
The 8 mm Lebel Rem boxes are of the 1950 era. They made one run of these and ended them for ever. These are 3 full boxes of original cartridges. Have seen a lot of handling with some damage but still nice to have.

Last ones for a while, must dig a little deeper to find more.
Long out of production 38-40 box, as well as the early 220 Swift.

Remington Kleanbore 8mm Lebel

I never heard the 8mm Lebel story before. The 220 Swift box if full is a LOT more collectable then the 8mm. The 220 box is the 220 Winchester Swift, and not the 220 Swift. There is a differance.

I was just thinking the same thing and my opinion is that we need to start a new thread for those pictures.

remington600,
The 220 Winchester Swift box belonged to an old friend that bought it for the regular 220 Swift. It beat around in his workshop for years before I got hold of it. It looks its age with no care but, yes, it`s a full box. They wouldn`t chamber in his Sako 220 Swift, if I remember correctly.
