Well, I figure it's about time I post something! Here's my Nordic with an EABCO .17Hm2 conversion. It shoots cheap Eley all day with no problems, which is nice. Only problem is I can't use my old 25 round Steel Lips mags with .17, as I can only load 13 rounds in them anyway and keep getting rimovers and other assorted FTFs. I've got 4 or 5, which I've been thinking about putting up for trade for normal box mags.

Or give the Nordic its own area?

Another thought would be a 'tactical' area for the Nordic, Krinker, Tapco, GSG5, AirSoft, and similar kits.

I was going to wait until this project was done before posting a photo, but figured I'd share a mock-up photo because its just too cool a rifle not to share.
It might give others some ideas for their Nordic builds, now that we have our own Tactical area!

The rifle is with Skeeter right now getting the full "RT treatment", so once she is done, it will be a shooter as well as a looker.
RT parts include the trigger group, parkerized bolt, Quantum barrel (with 2" extention)... pretty much everything in the RT catalog.

One thing that Skeeter discovered was that my Sig Zee rings were way too low to get a sight picture through the Mueller APV.
The Sig Zees were replaced with Warne QD rings (in 'extra high') after this photo was taken.

Preview of my Nordic, patiently waiting on Skeeter's new TG.

That is an early picture or it........I have gone through some changes since that one.....and I am in the process of modifying the rail more........

The rail system started out as a POF Predator Rail system for a AR 15 rifle.........

had a Butler side folder on the back for a bit, finally graduated to a ACE side folding stock (not the one that uses a AR buffer tube), and have my S.S. Suppressed barrel on it also. I am currently tweaking the forend some ore. have in in the mill as we speak taking off most of the side rails..........I also have a longer rail I may end up trying on it also......

Biker,

Nice build I really like it that is exactly what I am thinking of building a Nordic for.

Is that the 12.5" - rifle length rail? And what length barrel are you using?

Great job.
