I have one in SS and one in blue steel. They shoot great and I highly recommend.

I have one in stainless steel that I bought with a threaded muzzle. It is a decent shooter, but not quite as good as my Kidd tapered barrels.

I have a GM 16.5 fluted Match Sport barrel on my budget 1978 10/22 hunting rifle.

When the planets are lined up and all shoots very well.

Here is my sighter target for hunting with a 25 yard Zero.

I like GM barrels...

GM are great budget barrels..I prefer the Heavy Taper

when I get my choice I put the 17" in stocks with shorter forends, like the Compact, Barracuda or Evo, and the 19" in full length stocks like the DSP
