I've worked in the gun industry for nearly 20 years now, so I know all about the addiction factor.

My 22's have always been my most shot firearms, but I've never gotten into the "Green Monster" side of things until recently. I like being at the range for 3-4 hours and only shooting 100 rounds.

I waited to post this until I finished all my 25yd scoped targets. I was dumb enough to think I might do better. NOT. I think I used up every oz. of my mojo on this target.

Nice job guys. I haven't had a chance to shoot lately but maybe I can join in by the end of this weekend.

Weighed the 457 MTR last night with a fish scale. Lord KNOWs a fish scale doesn't lie.

11 lbs.
Can't shoot 25 yards anymore.
I thought it was a little heavy.

Mine was to heavy also but not that heavy. Mine was about 9.5 lbs.
Perfect excuse to buy another rifle. That's why I bought my 457 varmint. Then I bought my trainer to shoot open sights 25yd.

How did I miss this????????? I just saw it this afternoon and have been on the forum numerous times and didn't see this. Dang Dan!!! What did you eat for breakfast that morning...... 3 bunches of carrots and a handful of muscle relaxers??? That is outstanding work and worthy of praise.
