925 bedding?

I have a synthetic stocked 925 that's been sitting for a few years. My better half has suggested that I "do something with it" before I "build another rifle."
I ordered a Boyd's stock, EGW pic rail, an MCarbo trigger spring and a metal trigger guard from DIP. I have an SWFA SS 6 x 42 scope and rings for it.
I searched high and low for info on bedding it. I found nothing. Has anyone experimented with bedding and floating the 925?

I have done the older Marlins with much success

This is a Model 780:

A little different than the newer stuff but basically the same concept...flat surface for the receiver to lay in / and secure area at the bbl. lug/take down screw.

I encourage you to play..does make groups tighten

Hopefully this will save you a bit of grief.
Do only ONE mod at a time,
then test it...makes sure it's working and functions...
then do the next mod.

That way if something goes haywire, you know EXACTLY where the goof is!!

If you do all the changes in one fell swoop and have an issue, it can be murder tracking it back!!

Spring & DIP you can do at the same time tho
