Looks very tempting. I would assume if I wanted to do a Boyd's stock I would search it as a 22RF version right?

I would think so. Everything is essentially the same except the hole in the barrel.

Seeings how the magazine question has come up I will add that the 10 rotary factory bx10 and the Tandom Kross Double Cross are the only options BX-15 & BX-25 won't work due to the shape of the round. At least that is my experience.

Just ordered mine, 43 left. Has anyone ever shot hm2 suppressed? I know it will have the crack but is it close to being as quiet as a subsonic 22lr un-suppressed?

I hate you all

I ordered one and almost two.

Suppressed 17hm2 sounds a little louder than suppressed bulk 22lr ammo

ordered myself one, and my brother in law snagged one also.

He didnt have a mach2, and he likes to squirrel hunt, so made good sense for him.

now i gotta go scrounge up some more glass to go on it...

Gotta tell ya a story about my 1st and only HM2 purchase..
The Gun Shop owner tried to talk me out of buying it.. told me "what a loser round" it was and how he thought it would fade into the sunset within a few years..
After my 1st outing with my new HM2 rifle on a Prairie Dog shoot I went back in with photo's of the stacks of PD's that I whacked with my "loser" cartridge's/rifle. He was a hard-head but was still impressed in a tongue-in-cheek sorta way.
While he was slightly correct in the aspect of fading interest he was really wrong in the aspect of HM2 being a very effective Vemin getter.

I hope you all do well with and enjoy your new Rifles!

I've shot it a lot suppressed as well as every rimfire but 5mm. Hm2 suppressed is quieter than anything 22subsonic and up unsuppressed. Hm2 isn't much different than hmr suppressed really. Ounce you go hush it's hard to go back.

Thank you Nodak. I've never shot anything suppressed so I figured I would ask. A suppressor has been in the plans for a few years and this is my first threaded rifle so now it looks like I'm gonna have to buy one now. I have read some good things about the Deadair mask and think when the time is right that's the one I'll go with. Which make/models do you own?
