I agree. Both CCI sv and Aguila sv work great in my guns. In my ruger 10/22 and SW22 Victory I get a little better accuracy with Aguila sv over CCI sv and at better price but both are tops in my opinion.
But for these I can not buy locally at good price and order online for better savings.

I agree. I found Aguila Pistol Match more consistent in my 2 High Standard 107's than CCI SV. I buy both at Target Sports USA by the case with free shipping.

I need to get out more I guess... All I see around me is Armscor, Walmart Federal bulk, Remington, and the occasional CCI Blazer. I can get SV CCI but only in small boxes. Perhaps I would find options online, but the shipping rates seem it’s not worth it unless I buy thousands of rounds.

Use someone like Target sports and buy bulk online......I will occasionally pick up ammo from local retailer but I typically buy online with free shipping when I can which gives me many more options and in a few days itís at my doorstep.

If you want 5,000 rounds, they have the best prices I've found, so far.
CCI SV was my "go to" .22 ammo until I got a pile of it, during our last President's administration that had wax on it so thick that it wouldn't even go through a 10/22 magazine.
MOST of MY guns shoot the Aguila as accurate, or better than CCI SV, and NO wax issues, less cost.
Your guns may, or may not even like either. Every barrel seems to have it's own likes, and dislikes.

I wish there was a brand my rifles liked.
Instead I'm constantly trying different batches trying to find another good lot.
What shot well from last months delivery, didn't do well from the most recent delivery.
Same rifle, same setup, same brand/type, but the chronograph numbers and results on target
show this brick to be of lower quality. It's rimfire, you pay y'er money, you take y'er chances.
There are no guarantees that what you were shipped last time, will be as good next time.

I think the op meant bulk to mean loose rounds in 500 round boxes. And the answer to that is not that I know of. Except I did see some sunsonic Winchester M 22 ammo in bulk . But I passed!

SK Magazine & CCI SV are the closest to ďbulkĒ youíll find & still get decent accuracy, IME. Graf & Sons often has SK Magazine for $43 a 500 round can-
Although they do sell lower occasionally around $39 a brick.
I prefer SK magazine because itís the same lube as the SK RM, Lapua CenterX and Midas+ that I shoot. Iíve had some really amazing lots of Magazine, more that were ďso-soĒ, but canít recall ever having a bad batch.
The cans come with LOTS of lube- which can be a PITA, but you can use it to your advantage by pouring out half of the Magazine and putting it in an empty can, then mixing in a couple hundred rounds of CCISV into each can. Roll them around gently, to apply the SK lube to the CCI ammo, and you will find that the CCISV shoots much better with the SK lube applied.

Some folks swear by the Eley Club and Eley Target loads, which are their lower tier offerings. I used to shoot quite a bit of Eley Team years ago & stocked Target & Club back then. I found its performance similar to how SK magazine works as a halfway decent practice around for the higher end SK and Lapua line. Eley Match (black box) and Tenex (red) are very accurate, but a bit too costly to shoot consistently for me with two younger kids who shoot with me. When they removed Eley Team from the lineup, I found myself slowly gravitating towards the SK line more and more as my CZs & GM, Kidd & Lilja 10-22s prefer it.
Thankfully, my new Anschutz 1712-NRA smallbore silhouette rifle likes SK & LaPua as well.

If I were you, Iíd try every ammo brand you can get your hands on, and let the rifle tell you what it likes-

Hope this helps-

Eley Standard comes in 500 round loose pack boxes, 1090 fps. Looks to still be available from CMP, if you're with an affiliated club, for about 7 cents a round. Limit two cases a year.

Correct. I am wondering about loose rounds in SV.
