It was a beautiful day 70,s sunny with a very tricky switching 3 to 15mph. We shot 3 golf balls and 2 gumballs three times in Open class. 14 shooters with Al Moore and his 54 in first, Wade Kowalkowski and his voodoo in second. Four shooters in shoot off for 3rd place $ were Jim and Joan Fleishman with marlin customs, Roy Jones and his 540x along with John Rupert and his Voodoo. After two rounds John prevailed over Jim for 3rd. Irons saw 7 entries with 3 perfect 15,s of 4 golf balls and 1 gumball x3. Dawn Pennington and her Remington 540x for 3rd, Wade Kowalkowski &64 Anschutz 2nd and Al Moore & 2013 for 1st. Squirrel had 3 won by Elmer Klock and 452. 24 shooters and we paid $115. We had a great meal afterwards and talked successes and near misses. I really enjoy the meals as they are a relaxed environment allowing us to visit after the shoot. Thanks to all that came out and supported the club.

Hey great shoot Thanks. Would like to make a minor correction as to what I shot, it was another one of my Tikka’s T1X with a Vortex 25X max. As always you and your CREW did a great job. Thanks so much.

A meal after/during the shoot is always nice. Too many shoots the shooters just drive away or go to a local watering hole to help their sorrows of loosing.

I recall driving 80 mil and to to get "here early for coffee/donuts."

We waited 30 min after posted starting time for Joe to show up. He never did. The win d came up in the 30 min and after no practice was allowed (nor while waiting for Joe).
After we were supposed to meeet at a local hot spot. I didnt as I had to drive.
