Where is the best place to sell this pistol?

What have they been selling for on the used market?

Thanks in advance for all replies.

All my best, Nate

Nate I've been wanting a P1 for a long time but I don't want to spend the money for one. A couple just sold on Ebay for about $150 each. The bargain price seems to be around $ 150 with the average of $ 200 and you can buy them all day long for $250. I know new these sell for around $400 to $500 depending on where you go. I would suggest just keeping the thing. I just bought a Beeman P17 for $29. It compares in every sense with my Webley Nemesis I bought 25 years ago for around $200 !
It sat unused for some 15 years in my safe until my son suddenly grew up and pulled it out and started shooting it. I had some renewed interest in it because of my son so I bought the Beeman and now we set on the porch shooting paper cups, Ritz crackers and junebugs ( when in season ) all while sipping iced tea at the table !
You'll never get all your money back and who knows, in a few years you may wish you still had it. That's a really cool gun who's time has passed and you probably won't spend that kind of money on again when a $30 gun is probably just as good now.
Hope that helps, Mark

Thanks Mark, I had no idea the 2nd market value on these was so low. I will definitely keep it.

I paid $285 for mine.

It was about the same vintage, evidenced by the "Made in W. Germany" stamping. A good place to read up on airguns in general would be here:

https://airgunwarriors.com/

They also have a "classifieds" section should it come to it. It's a reputable site and members are vetted to an extent.

For what it's worth my P1 is probably my most fired gun. I can shoot in my basement and I take it to the range whenever I bring my firearm pistols. I use it to "warm up" before breaking out the more expensive center-fire ammo. It has made me a better shot.

I just searched the completed auctions on Ebay and most sold in the $225--$300 range depending on condition/extras/caliber, etc. There was a non-working parts gun for $160ish.

A fellow in Canada has one listed for $800.00! Needless to say he still has it. I didn't message him to ask if it was gold plated!

Who knows, it may qualify as a rare assault pistol in The Great White North ! .
