Hey pretty neat.

First try was 243 7x. Then I bumped group size up to
.5 inches. I have a rifle which with a certain ammo
does group that way. Shot a 237 5x, which might be
just slightly better than real. But not by much.
Usually shoot high 220's to low 230's that way.
Easier to hold the cross hair with a mouse than keep
consistent form on the bench I suspect.

Nice work.

I just shot a 248-3x. Then I shot a 247-5x.

248-7x is my best so far.

Make that 249-8x.

I like this game.

Yep

I shot 3 x 250s so far ....

But , adjusting group size to .350 , and 3-4mph 3 O-clock breeze
Makes things a little more interesting ... 247-8x

I think I can see why I get too many 7s and 8s in real life ...
Wind flags would be an asset ....

make it harder , more wind , and larger groups ...

I would have liked to have seen a 0 to 5mph wind option + 360 wind rotation . [ Like on my range ]

But its still great ... [ am I learning , well see next month ]

Matt

Matt,

We might be rookies, but you have to start somewhere.

It's like the John Michael Montgomery song, Lifes a Dance You Learn As You Go!

Yep

My highest is a 237 on the green monster , but I havent used flags yet ..

Starting to get good groups from the 52D , so maybe I can crack 240 soon , unfortunately , 2005 seems to have been the year for gale force winds , esp the second half of the year ...

If only I had some of this killer ammo people keep talking about

Matt

Increased group size to .40 and wind to 10mph , now its shooting more like the real thing ...
