Yeah........ probably me. I knew I saw that setup but didn't see a 250. Don't let anything happen to that rifle. Oh......... and the shooter played a major role in the score as well.

I think luck had a lot to do with it. It was the first of four with the trainer and out of the other three a 244 was the best I could do. Had one in the 230s. Same with the UL only one good target out of four.

Just kidding steelshooter. That's a mighty fine target and that last 9 had to be a ball buster. Heck of a way to start the month off so it looks like you are headed for a 250 before the end of the month.
I have known lastombstone for many years. Shot with him in another league. And would like thank him for introducting me to this league of shooters. Shooters are special people ,thanks for letting me be in the club. Its about the opportunity to compete and roll thru that target, starting with a 250. My shooter hero is Sgt.York. A man of Faith, courage, and a killer's eye. May we all be blessed with these qualities as well.

Thought I would stick this up just so it doesn't get lost. Looks like Dan has scared everyone else off for the month. I know I have tried 6 targets with 3 different rifles and can't get above a 244. At that rate I will be embarrassed to post anything this month. Anybody else doing any shooting, even if you don't have something to post yet?

I have had a couple of really good squirrel hunts. But I haven't had time to shoot the green monster lately.

I haven't had a chance to shoot my GM lately. I'm hoping to get it done by Sunday or it won't happen this month. Of course I won't win but I'm only competing against myself right?

Thanks Dan. Since I can shoot whenever I want here at the house I usually spread my targets out over the month. That was my last and best for the month with the 455 so I figured I'd get it posted before I missed the deadline. Been a tough month shooting for me but still have one more chance with the American but I'm sure your score is safe from me.

Calling for rain possibly the rest of the week so I figured I would get my last target in today. The day started out a little breezy so I piddled in the shop till it lay down and warmed up a bit and I gave it my best try. I just wasn't up to the task but was shooting the last of a box of SK Pistol match and surprised myself. I managed to throw a 9 on all but the last row for a 246 but I had 11 Xs on it. If I had just taken a little more time........... and if a frog had wings. Maybe I'll get me a few more boxes of that stuff to try again. Anyway, I didn't better my previous target with the 452 American so here is my best.....

Very nice Lee. I don't know if it's the lots I've tried or what but every time I try SK Std + I shoot more 8s than Xs. All of my CZ seam to like SK pistol match. I just hope I can find another lot that works as well.
