Hi, I just purchased a 611. I really like it, great shooter. Issue is it has a chipped butt plate. Does anyone out there have an idea where I might find a replacement? Thank you.

Mike,

Welcome! I just shot my newly acquired 611 today. I agree itís a great shooter. I hate that I waited so long. Iím on the hunt for another one for my dad. He enjoyed shooting mine today so I think Iím gonna try to get him one.

Signalman is correct. This forum has cost me greatly this year. But you canít fly a 401K. Might as well leave your children with a bunch of stuff to fight over.

Welcome Aboard Mike 2019. Sorry, I don't have a lead on your part, but this is the place to ask. I've found many unusual items here on RFC to repair vintage rimfires. Please stay around and join the fun.

J&G Sales just purchased an estate that included a huge quantity of BRNO parts. You might contact them to see if they can tell you if they have a butt plate for the 611. I contacted them to see if I could get a certain part that the person who sold them the BRNO parts said that he KNEW they had, but they haven't yet been able to tell me if they have the part or not, likely because they haven't worked through everything to inventory it. Point is, you may have to be patient to find out if they have the part. Good luck.

.

Welcome to RFC !

If J&G doesn't have a BP, you can measure the bare butt's height/width and buy a generic BP that's just a tad larger, then sand/grind it to fit your stock.

Just go "baby steps", and you should find it to be E-Z-Peazy.

If you have one jimv that would be great. I want to try to keep it original. Worst case scenario I will try to repair it, although I'm not sure it's fixable. Thank you

I sold my ZKM-611 (22 WMR) several years ago. After I sold it I found a spare mag but I have no other parts. Sorry I can't help you with a butt plate.

Extra mag

Howdy staff,

What do you want for your mag? 6 or 10 rd?

JIMV, what size socket do you use to remove the stocks? Mine is loose and I can't find one to fit down the hole!
Best,

Gary
