Had some free time today, so I played on the lathe alittle. Protective cap and a short smoothbore tube.

Those came out great. I think way back you were foolin around making them. I was going to buy one but for some reason didn't. My son bought me the Havlin set but I like that thread protector. Does it have a hole so you can shoot with it on?

Scott, yes the end is open. It is flush with the end of the barrel.

Yes they are smooth bore, but also came with a screw on rifles adaptor
